I believe with the right nutrition we can restore optimal health and wellness.
I start with individualised, sustainable dietary changes to enhance health. Sometimes due to certain conditions, an individual may have nutrient deficiencies or an increased need for certain nutrients and this is where supplement recommendations may be offered.
Lifestyle suggestions are also made and incorporated into your plan as these also contribute to overall health.
Finally, I incorporate the science of behaviour change and health coaching principles to ensure healthy habits stick.
