Tahini Choc Chip Cookies

These cookies are super quick and easy to make. Made with wholesome ingredients like oats, almond meal, and ground flaxseeds, they offer a great blend of fibres and essential nutrients. Enhanced with creamy tahini which adds protein and calcium, they are a great option for a mid-arvo snack as they will keep you satisfied until dinner.

Makes 8 decent sized cookies

Ingredients

1 cup oats

1/2 cup almond meal

1 tsp baking powder

3 tbsp ground flaxseeds

1 cup tahini

1/2 cup maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla

1/3 cup dark chocolate chips

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Bake at 180 degrees for around 17 mins.
