Glazed Salmon with Ginger, Oyster & Soy Sauce

If you have any fussy salmon eaters, then this recipe is guaranteed to convert them. Salmon is high in omega 3's, known as essential fats, which our body can't make. Omega 3's are anti-inflammatory and have been shown to help reduce cholesterol levels, depression and anxiety symptoms and blood pressure.

Serves 4

Around 700g salmon, skin off

1/4 cup oyster sauce

1/4 cup sweet chilli sauce

1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari

2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced

Thumb of fresh ginger, finely sliced

  • Chop salmon into large cubes
  • Mix all sauce ingredients together and pour over salmon. Allow to marinate in the fridge for around 15-30 minutes.
  • Cook under a hot grill for around 10 minutes, until starting to caramalise.
  • Serve with brown rice or quinoa and veggies or salad.
